Frequently asked questions
How are revenue figures calculated?
They are estimates based on the grossing rank in each store and the expected revenue per rank, and may differ from actual revenue.
When does the free quota reset?
Every day at midnight (Korea time). Viewing the same game again on the same day does not count.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed by card through Paddle, our merchant of record, with tax included. Receipts are emailed to you.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime and keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.
